DAY 1: SUNDAY - ARRIVE ANCHORAGE
Arrive at the Anchorage airport, transfer to your hotel, and enjoy your evening.
DAY 2: MONDAY - ANCHORAGE / FAIRBANKS
Journey through the Matanuska Susitna Valley and skirt the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, until you reach Fairbanks. Overnight Fairbanks (B)
DAY 3: TUESDAY - FAIRBANKS
This morning, enjoy a city tour of Fairbanks. After free time and lunch on your own, take a sternwheeler cruise down the Chena River. Tonight you have the option to experience an authentic salmon bake. Overnight Fairbanks (B)
DAY 4: WENDESDAY - FAIRBANKS / DENALI
Begin the day with a drive to Denali National Park. Your afternoon is free to experience many optional activities such as; River rafting, “flight seeing” Mt. McKinley, or taking a jet boat river safari. Or, you may want to visit the award winning dog kennels of 2006 Iditarod champion, Jeff King. Overnight Denali (B)
DAY 5: THURSDAY - DENALI WILDERNESS TOUR
The morning is free for you to enjoy one of the numerous optional activities available in this incredible area. This afternoon, tour Denali National Park, see a diverse group of native animals. DAY 8: SUNDAY - KENAI PENINSULA
Travel to the Kenai Peninsula, and tour the old town village of Kenai. Continue south, to Homer. Tonight, enjoy a unique “Welcome to Homer” dinner. Overnight Homer. (B,D)
DAY 9: MONDAY - KENAI RIVER TO GIRDWOOD
Return north to the Kenai River. Visit an authentic cannery. Visit the Historical Society Museum, then travel to Girdwood for overnight. Overnight Girdwood. (B)
DAY 10: TUESDAY - CRUISE PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND
Visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Experience the incredible beauty of Prince William Sound on a scenic cruise. Overnight Anchorage (B,L)
DAY 11: WEDNESDAY- JOURNEY HOME
This morning transfer to the Anchorage Airport for your journey home.
