Day 1 – Arrive Louisville
Arrive in Louisville and transfer to the Galt House Hotel, the largest hotel in Kentucky for a KaLightoscope Christmas – a multi-layered celebration of the holidays. Enjoy "Colors of the Season," a world-class dinner show; an arts and retail marketplace; a life-sized gingerbread village; imaginative Santa events; and other delights. Galt House Hotel (D)
Day 2 – Louisville and Pigeon Forge
This morning, enjoy breakfast at Lynn’s Paradise Café offering the tastiest "down home" cooking, the wackiest decor, and genuine southern hospitality. Next, we visit the Kentucky Derby Museum, which sits on the front steps of historic Churchill Downs and aims to provide a lasting impression of tradition, hospitality and pride. We depart for Pigeon Forge, TN and an evening at the All New Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud & Stunt Show. Family, Food, Feudin’ and Fun – that’s the theme of the newest show in town! End this fabulous day with a Winterfest Light Tour of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, viewing the millions of holiday lights that can’t help but put everyone in a festive holiday spirit! Day 3 - Pigeon Forge
We’ll have breakfast in the hotel before departing for Gatlinburg to visit Christ in the Smokies Museum & Gardens where you will have the remarkable experience of walking through a Biblical world of 2000 years ago, with life-size, life-like representations of important scenes from the life of Jesus Christ. After lunch at TGI Friday’s in downtown Gatlinburg, enjoy free time for shopping at the many quaint shops. This evening we attend the Smith Family Dinner & Show. Enjoy a buffet style dinner one hour prior to show time followed by Charlie, Jim and Charlie Bob Smith - five time winners of Best Show in the Smokies. They entertain guests with a variety show packed full of music and comedy. Next, it’s off to the funniest show in town at the Comedy Barn Theater! Music Road Hotel or similar (B, L, D)
Day 4 - Pigeon Forge
There is only one morning show in the Smoky Mountains that can be described as Exciting, Fun, Inspiring, Entertaining, Dazzling, and Delicious -the Blackwood Breakfast Show in Pigeon Forge. Guests enjoy a complete entertainment experience with a tasty country breakfast and classic, traditional Gospel music by the most award-winning performers in the Smokies. After the show, we visit the Incredible Christmas Place Store and your choice of the many area outlets for some shopping. Later, enjoy dinner in a local restaurant and attend the all new Smoky Mountain Opry, featuring some of the country's top singers, dancers, comedians and musicians as well as state-of-the-art sound and lighting. This unique Christmas show will feature an 8 to 12-piece band and include traditional old-time seasonal favorite songs sung from beginning to end with many new surprises. Day 5 - Nashville
After breakfast, we head to Music City, USA for a Gaylord Opryland Country Christmas that includes more than 2 million lights. Our first stop in Nashville will be ICE! an interactive, colorful ice sculpture world that tells the story of how our favorite Christmas traditions came to be. After checking into the hotel, we’ll enjoy a Christmas Dinner & Show – a traditional holiday meal including all the trimmings and a fabulous show. Next, fill your heart with Christmas as the world-famous Radio City Rockettes® Spectacular with their legendary eye-high kicks and a cast and crew of over 100. Gaylord Opryland Hotel (B,D)
Day 6 - Home
This morning enjoy breakfast in the hotel before departing for the airport. (B)
